The Senior Graduation Package is required for every graduating senior at Alpha Omega Preparatory Academy. This all-inclusive package covers essential graduation items, official documentation, and senior dues, ensuring a smooth completion of your high school journey.

Important Details:
No shipping – All items must be picked up in person at the school.
Orders must be completed and paid in full by April 15th each year.
It is the sole responsibility of the parent or adult student to select the correct height and weight for gown sizing (refer to the sizing chart provided during ordering).
 
This package is mandatory due to the inclusion of the diploma, diploma cover, official transcript, and senior dues. Payment secures these required items, regardless of ceremony participation.

The Senior Graduation Package is a mandatory requirement for all graduating seniors at Alpha Omega Preparatory Academy, irrespective of whether the student elects to participate ("walk") in the graduation ceremony. The package includes essential and non-transferable items, including the diploma, diploma cover, official transcript, and senior dues, which are necessary for graduation completion and records release.
 
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be issued.
 
Gown sizing is determined solely by the height and weight information provided by the purchaser (parent or adult student) at the time of order. Alpha Omega Preparatory Academy is not responsible for fit issues arising from inaccurate measurements, incorrect size selection, or changes in the student's dimensions after ordering. It is the purchaser's responsibility to carefully review and confirm sizing details prior to submission.
 
If the cap and gown does not fit due to incorrect sizing information provided, a replacement order may be processed for a rush fee of $100, payable in advance. No other accommodations or fee waivers will be provided for sizing errors.
 
Orders must be completed by April 15th of the graduation year. Late orders cannot be guaranteed and may result in delays or unavailability of items.
 
All items are personalized and issued specifically to the student named in the order. The school reserves the right to modify these terms, pricing, or availability as needed, with notice provided where possible. By purchasing this package, the buyer agrees to these terms and acknowledges that the package is required under school policy for all seniors.
